Time to Start Tomato Seeds

I am planning a fall garden. It is time to start the tomato seeds. This year I am going to try soaking the seeds in weak tea as suggested at Garden Web. I pulled out the seeds tonight and decided to start the peppers and eggplant as well. Last spring I started seeds twice, and both times my dad ended up in the hospital and the seedlings died. I sure hope things are better this fall.
