How Much To Plant

A number of people have asked me how much to plant to feed their family. Tom MacCubbin, author of The Edible Landscape, recommends the following planting guide. Number shown reflects the number of plants per person suggested by the author. Remember, this is a guideline, adjust as necessary for your needs and preferences.
